Im seeing some people are saying that this comes with case and a pen. Where does it say that, because I dont see anything about either one being included. null

Both of the previous responses are incorrect. It does come with an active pen - it is in the same part of the packaging as the power adapter. It also comes with a laptop sleeve. The laptop is packed in a box within a box...the sleeve is in the outer box between a couple of sheets of cardboard. Don't throw away your packaging until you find it!

Mine came with both a pen and a case sleeve. The sleeve is kind of buried in the folds of cardboard packaging so it may be hard to spot. But for new laptops of this model, they are definitely in there.

Hi... Maybe I can help. I just purchased two (2) of them and both came beautifully and well packaged with pens and "sleeves". The pens are great, if either of the computers had been mine, I would have found something real to keep it in. But...in honesty...those who got them are CompGeeks...they don't seem to mind... go figure
