I just bought this exact laptop (6364582) last night at BestBuy Winston Salem NC. I specifically asked about a $9.99 key to upgrade to Windows 10 Pro and was told by the clerk, who seemed knowledgeable, and a member of the Geek Squad, that no such $9.99 key is available. They pointed me to the Microsoft store, where you can buy a $99.00 key, but there is no $9.99 key.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.At Best Buy you can buy a $9.99 upgrade key. It is printed out on your receipt, so maybe you can do it on line. That key can be used on one Windows 10 Home pc- there is no requirement that you bought the pc at BestBuy. You might be able to buy the key from BestBuy online without going to the store. At the store, you get a card with short instructions about where to enter the new key info. (Activation Settings/Activate/Change product Key). The feature Update takes about 10 minutes assuming good internet connections, including the required restart.
