I purchased the phone in store in the U.S. and it did not come with 220v adapter or with a converter. I was provided with a single 110v adapter in the packaging. I was able to insert by SIM and start using immediately.

Hello Li, the 5X sold on this site is designed specifically for the U.S. Market. As well, it is unlocked to work with GMS Networks (T-Mobile and AT&T). While it may connect to some bands in that region, I would also recommend looking into the international 5X available in your region. (DM)
