• If it has an installation disc yes I had to get one to install our printer software. Unless you can download it from the card website Hope this helps

• No CD drive comes with the machine. Best Buy rep showed me several CD Drives to choose from. All <$50 and plug into USB port. Easy. Nothing else to do to use. Not sure how it relates to graphics card.
