A:AnswerHey Sucks2byou,
Our systems are not upgrade able as they are prebuilt systems. If you were to upgrade the parts, you would have to purchase the parts separately and replace them yourself. If you are looking for customizing and upgrading you can go to ibuypower.com and customize your systems there.
A:AnswerHi Hopper875,
It is possible to upgrade to a GTX 1070 if you have one already purchased to swap out the video card, but it would not be recommended to do so with the current 500 watt power supply.
A:Answeryes and You can also add an External Hard Drive as well which works well just be sure and go into the top 2 usb ports on top of the unit so you get the 3.0 through put.
A:AnswerI called Geek Squad, he told me to go to google, vlc media player through videoland.org and download it. I did that and it worked. I hope this helps if not I would call Geek Squad, they were helpful.
A:AnswerI just posted a review that probably answers your question... my system had the wrong graphics card installed! There was an ASUS card in the machine rather than the NVIDIA card as labeled on the box. The cheaper ASUS card only has a DVI port. I had to return the computer for credit and purchased another one - which did indeed have the correct NVIDIA card and HDMI port.
