• Hello, the Trace931 is a newer model than the BB931. Both models have liquid cooling and have minimal noise. However, we do suggest the Trace931 as the one with the least amount of noise. Thank you for your questions.

• Trace931 is newer model, however, they both have the same specs, so I believe both are going to be ultra quiet.

• Pretty sure the Best Buy rep in store stated the BB was the older series. As for noise I can't compare, but my Trace931 is ultra quiet!
