Try this. Unplug the PC. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. Release, plug PC back in - try to power it back up. It worked for me..

You currently have your monitor connected to the VGA connection on the motherboard. When a video card is installed on a computer, you need to have your monitor connected to that. The NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 that came with your computer doesn't have a VGA connection. If your monitor has an HDMI connection, try using an HDMI cable to connect your monitor to the GTX 1080 video card. If you have no HDMI connection on your monitor, you can buy a VGA to DVI adapter and use that connection on you video card.
