“So I love this pc but the LED remote stopped working all of a sudden, I am not able to change the pattern or color of the led lights anymore. changing the remotes battery won’t work. Does anyone know what’s wrong please help?!”

the battery might have died then battery acid might of ruined the remote. U can also go to settings and change it there
