It is also recommended to always use the manufacture charging cable provided with the unit. Please contact our Support Team with the correct model number to have the unit evaluated.

A:Answer1. Unpair/Forget the speaker from your phone.
2. Restart the phone.
3. Turn the speaker on. Press and hold the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds until you hear a beep.
4. Re-pair the speaker to the phone.

The iBT371 Weather Tough Bluetooth Speaker is a self-charging portable product. However, it does not charge external devices. Products that charge external devices are typically table top models that remain plugged into a power source.
