A:AnswerIf you plan on permantly installing this under a counter then yes you should have a front vented model. I personally keep mine under my bar with nothing obstructions to the ventilation on the sides and about 4 inches clear of the back, and I have had no temperature issues.

A:AnswerHi SukJane,
You might notice a little ice build up during normal use. Ice on the back wall is normal. You need to manually defrost the unit as needed.

A:AnswerIt looks like you live in a very humid area. Check any damage around doorgasket. Refrigerator door should seal completely. What kind of product are you storing?
A:AnswerThis has something to do with your defrost system that is at fault. Kindly contact us at 1-877-467-4289 for warranty service.

A:AnswerWe got our fridge yesterday and noticed the same thing. I also thought we were missing a leveling foot, as there is one large one on the front left side, and a smaller one on the right side holding the door hinge so the fridge doesn't tilt forward when the door is open.
A:AnswerI would not recommend attempting as I have two units and neither can maintain temperature of lower than 36-38 degrees set on lowest temperature setting. Also I believe outside use was not recommended.
A:AnswerHi.
Additional pieces are unavailable for sale, as the numbers are limited and reserved for replacements under warranty. My best suggestion is to purchase the one with a handle if that is a feature you really want to have.
