QuestionPurchased 5 months, suddenly number on the panels blinks, makes a constant sound, main board is in a loop. . all of the sudden numbers appears. If I disconnect work fine for a while then it goes agin in a loop.

- Answer Honestly I would find the manufacturer and call them for troubleshooting issues. If you purchased any protection plan through best buy contact them and have them monkey with it. Sooner rather than later to avoid running out of warranty.

QuestionI purchase this beverage cooler less than a year ago and I noticed that it's not as bright as it was before. I believe one of the bulbs have went. Can you replace the lightbulb if so what size does it take and how do you replace it?

- Answer The bulbs are LEDs, their half-life is 60,000-100,000 hours. You likely have the light blocked as the placement is poor.

QuestionCan you use this undercounter? I was told you need to have one that is front vented for under counter.

- Answer If you plan on permantly installing this under a counter then yes you should have a front vented model. I personally keep mine under my bar with nothing obstructions to the ventilation on the sides and about 4 inches clear of the back, and I have had no temperature issues.
