“How can I get a manual and find owner's information on-line for the NS-uz14xwh7. It arrived locked without a manual. I want to put it in service ASAP as Wednesday's delivery was put off until today(Friday); we can't change the temps or anything.”

• You may have a 4 page manual inside the unit. That is all I got. To change the temperature, press and hold LOCK for 3 seconds to unlock the control panel. Then hit the + or - to change the temperature.

• If I recall correctly, the manual is inside the unit. To unlock it you press the lock symbol for a few seconds and it should unlock.

• Press the lock button for 2 to 3 seconds until the lock light goes off and then just adjust the temperature with the arrows. Then press the lock button again for a few seconds if you want to lock it to the new temperature.
