“Would these speakers work with a Dell Dimension E310?”

On the back of your E310 are 3 jack inputs. Blue, Green, and Pink. I believe the Green is the stereo output for external speakers, and that is the jack you would use for these speakers. Since these speakers are powered (12 v DC), they will work with your computer. Don't expect alot, though! More for hearing news stories than listening to music, but at low levels, music sounds fine.
