Awesome speakers for PC
||Posted .After upgrading my laptop the sound volume was afected. The only sound was a low whispering. I am on a low budget and was looking for some economic speakers. Boy what a deal I found, not only were they low priced they deliver an incredible sound and it was easy to install. I never thought I would fix my problem so easily. Thanks Best Buy.

Great audio
||Posted .Great audio for a even better price. I bought these for work and they work wonderful. They are plug and play. They also have a audio jack built within one speaker so you can use headphones. Very happy with them

Could be better
||Posted .I got these speakers when I got my monitor. But the chord is shorted in the speakers and you have to play with it to get the speakers to work. Inconvenient but that's what I get for not taking it back (I misplaced the receipt)

They do the job
||Posted .Basic ol cheap speakers, but they do get the job done. I mean for the price I can't complain. Sometimes the sound echo's and sometimes it sounds just plain horrible, but 75% of the time the sound is decent.

Hard to beat for $20
Posted .I bought these speakers today only because I needed something that takes up less space than the current 5.1 speaker set up I was using. I primarily use my headset for sound, but its nice to not have to wear that all the time while listening to music. I decided to go the cheap route and find something that looked nice on the desk. For $20, I don't think you can beat the sound. People need to remember with speakers, you get exactly what you pay for. That being said at $20 I was quite impressed with the sound these speakers produced. I hear no hum which was mentioned in another review. As far as thumping bass, these are lacking, obviously. But these speakers do play very low midrange nicely. All in all I am very impressed by this purchase, and if you are looking for a set of speakers for under $20, I would pick these up.

Q: QuestionDo there speakers get power theough a USB connection or a regular A/C plug-in?
Asked by BCfromKY.
- A:Answer Speakers do not connect to USB. There is a line going to a power supply which plugs in to a 110 volt outlet. There is another line which plugs into a round outlet in the computer. Outlet is about 1/8 inch or less.

Q: QuestionHelp! Since I wear hearing aids, I love using my 2 Insignia speakers. HOWEVER, when we Skype with grandchildren, if I plug them in, they cannot hear OUR voices. (no sound) Any ideas??? Thanks.
Asked by IrisLady.
- A:Answer Your insignia speakers are not a microphone. You can only use them to hear your grandchildrens voices. For them to hear you, you must speak into a microphone of some sort. Sometimes computers have them built in, sometimes they don't. Hope that helps! Cheers!

Q: QuestionI added the speakers to my Windows 10 system. I get sound out of the right speaker, but nothing out of the second speaker. I do the tests, and sounds come from the one speaker and not the other. How do I get the left speaker to produce sound?
Asked by speakeruser.
- A:Answer Check the connection at the computer. Try moving the headphone jack around, plugging and unplugging while something is playing. If no improvement, replace the speakers. Also check your computer's audio settings. Some computers allow you to adjust the speakers separately.
