Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.On the back of one of the speakers, there should be an AC plug. Close to that plug should be a diagram which would show whether inside pin or casing is positive of negative. Should also state wattage on a sticker on the unit.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You must have a different model...the "Insignia - 2.0 Stereo Computer Speaker System (2-Piece) - Black" comes with its own USB cord for power. Just plug it in to a powered USB. How to check if your USB is POWERED: Plug your cell phone in it. If it charges it, then it is powered. If it does not, then it ain't!

Please try again later.110 is the power Supply These are basic stereo speakers so do not expect thumping bass however I like the portability and overall functionality of the speakers. For under Ten Bucks, its a steal of a deal in my opinion! I use these on my desktop, laptop, and I-Pad. Hope this helps!
