I did a search for 'Renesas uPD720202' ,which is the chip used by this card, and found the driver at 'driver.softpedia.com'. I downloaded version 3.0.23.0 as it was the newest driver listed. I've had no problems with it on my Win 7 computer. Best of luck, John.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I was never successful at getting this to work with Vista. I suspect the Renessas chip based drivers were not designed with backwards compatibility in mind. I ended up buying a board that came with a disk and advertised itself as compatible with vista up to Win10, and it worked without any gnashing of teeth!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Answered a similar question -- the OS requirements are Windows 8.1 and above. Vista isn't listed as supported.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This card was intended to be used with Win 8 or later. But if you search for USB3.0 drivers you can find a driver that should work for another brand I believe I used one for a Marvell 9123 & 9120. It should work with Win XP, 7, & Vista. It worked fine on my WIn 7 Computer
