Q: QuestionWe just purchased this refrigerator and it appears that the screws for the door handle do not fit correctly. They barely screw in and if we were to attempt to attach the handle it would not be flush with the door.

Q: QuestionBought this unit 3 months ago, since day one, there is frost buildup at the lower section of the door and on the front of the pull out drawer closest to the hinge, I have checked the seal and after I wipe it off, the frost keeps on building back up.

• A:Answer Bought 2 about a month ago. One was set as fridge. Keeps temperature at 37 deg. F. No issues so far with this unit. The other unit was set as freezer. Froze well but did not defrost. Called in and unit was replaced. New unit did not work as freezer or as fridge. Lost most frozen food. Called in and unit replaced. New unit has been keeping below zero for a little over a week.. Keeping fingers crossed.
