• My guess is its the capacitor rather than the pump. Its $2 capacitor. And a soldering iron.

• If is less then 1 year use or if it under warranty then call insignia they will replace the chair with new one It happens with my chair to then I call Best Buy they not done anything then I call insignia then they replace my chair
