This chair is amazing! Everyone that visits me has to take a tuen in it! Have not found a complaining adult yet. Kids say it is too tall or too strong, but that is because they are so small. I dont use it but maybe once a week, but when i do use it i normally fall asleep before it finishes the 20 minute cycle. That is how relaxing i think it is. Regular $2,499; I got it on the Deal of the Day for $1,249; currently on Deal of the day today for $999. I would buy another if i had a bigger house so we wouldnt havr to take turns. $999 is an amazing price. 2nd or 3rd time it has been that low since i bought mine.

Best affordable massage chair on the market! I also own a Human Touch 7.1 massage chair, which I paid more for than this one. I lucked out and purchased this during the deal of the day for half price at $1K. You cannot beat that! It massages just about all of your body parts, including your buttocks! That part was a surprise to everyone that has sat in it! It does a lot better kneading into your back than my other Human Touch massage chair does. I like the fact that it accommodates short and tall individuals alike. Only thing I have to turn off is the foot rollers because they tickle too much. Zero gravity feature is cool as well! Works perfectly for me cuz I’m only 5’8”. Looks like a space shuttle chair of you ask me. Only reason why I purchased my other one is because it looks and functions like a normal chair. If you’re considering buying one of these, don’t hesitate. Grab it when you see it on sale during deal of the day! You can’t beat that value! Worth every penny and then some!!!

If you get massages on a regular basis or even need them, this is so worth it for you. I use this chair (if not every day), at least every other day. I love the fact that you can change modes and even use a “fixed position” for when the chair hits the spot and you want it to stay there. I find the kneading function best to work out my sore muscles. There are a few programs that you can choose from, but I always like to tweak mine and make it my own. I love that this chair allows you to do that. The heat function is really nice too. I am used to getting a deep tissue massage when I go to a professional at physical therapy. I am amazed that I feel the kind of relief that I do from a chair. I turn the intensity all the way up and it’s just like having a really thorough deep tissue massage except I don’t have to worry that someone will get tired on me. I also like the fact that your feet get such an intense massage while your back is getting worked on. I can feel all the pressure points lighting up when the chair is at work. Sometimes I even have to turn off the foot function as it can be too intense. There are three people in my household and each of us uses this chair regularly. I was hopeful when I ordered it because of the vast amount of great reviews. This chair doesn’t disappoint. I have chronic back pain and this chair is a game changer. I am thrilled with my purchase and wasn’t surprised to see that the price of it increased. It’s worth it and then some. I honestly think it’s the best purchase I ever made.

Only issue I have is the remote stopped working the first day... I had to unplug the chair and reset everything several times to get it working again, just to be safe they are exchanging it so I start off with a working unit. The chair works and feels awesome, it’s honestly better than some I tried years ago at Brookstone (at $4,000 plus), I do wish there was a way to adjust the intensity of the rollers. The low back is a little more aggressive than I am used to, but I use a thin pad and it’s PERFECT for me! I was very concerned about the quality at the price point, but compared to other chairs I think this is the BEST I have found. Thank you Insignia for finally bringing a quality chair to the market at a very affordable price.

This is a great massage chair. Great features. All it’s missing is calf and arm rollers. Instead, it has air pressure/compression. The buttons make a high pitch beeping noise on the remote which is terribly annoying especially when held. Lastly, unfortunately, we could not fit it into our basement door so it’s currently awkwardly placed. With the exception of those things, I recommend this product.

Last year this came up deal of the day and I passed on it. I thought about it and realized why didn’t I buy it, well anyways it came up again and there wasn’t a chance I was going to not buy it this time, best decision I’ve made in a long time. This chair is a life changer, I use it every day it hits the right spot every time, the feet squeezing is amazing. I highly recommend you don’t do what I did and let a year go by without out this in your life.

I cannot say enough about this chair. When I feel a twinge in my back, I sit in it for 20 minutes with heat, problem resolved. I went to a massage therapist after having this a couple of months, and was sad that I didn't get out as much out of it as normal because this chair has been a godsend and offers me as good a workout of my muscles, and relaxation, at least daily. I've probably used it 60 times already, so well worth every penny. If it lasts a year, that's less than I would pay to go to a massage therapist monthly... except I'm in it every day. Highly recommend! I already have two friends that have bought one as well.

I use this chair every single day. My wife and I used to get massages at least once a month, but since the pandemic started we have stayed away. We were stiff, sore, and tired all the time. When the chair appeared for 50% off Deal of the Day, we agreed that the chair would pay for itself within the first year (based on (2) 90 minute sessions per month). That initial assessment has been revised to possibly pay for itself within three to four months. With the year warranty we felt we couldn't afford not to get it. The best part of this chair is that it works multiple areas at the same time. Feet, shoulders, and back are all being worked. This is like three people working on you instead of one. The 20 minute presets are perfect, and I use all five. I read all the customer reviews before purchasing. I am extremely satisfied with this purchase and have even considered buying a second chair for another room.

Oh my goodness, I love this thing. This chair has helped my back so much. I can actually feel it about halfway through the program pop my back and correct it. Don’t worry about it not having enough power. It has too much if I was gonna say anything, but you can turn it down, so you’re good. If I had to come up with a couple things that I did not like it would be number one the beeping every time you push a button. It beeps when you manually push a button to do anything it beeps when you’re done and sometimes in manual mode, you want to just target one area which is fine but you’re trying to relax and all you here is the beeping and there’s no way to turn it off. Other than that, I’m thinking of buying another one to put upstairs. I got this one on sale for 999 and I believe that is a great price. I probably would not have given anything more than that, even though if I had to put a price on the chair it’s worth $2000 all day long. It has heat and it is wonderful truly. One thing for some people that might be a little much is the side that you sit on can get a little intense , just put a pillow down where you sit a thin one, and that does the trick. One last thing on the dislikes and there’s only two is the keypad does not light up and a lot of times when you’re using this chair you want to use it in a dim Room but that’s all enjoy.

Got this as part of a 50% off daily deal. I had been looking around for a nice massage chair like this for a while. Decided to go ahead with the purchase based on the price as well as the reviews. Delivery was timely and went smoothly. It was nicely packaged and no assembly was required. Basically just plug in and use which my family of 4 did pretty much right away. We have all been using it daily since we got it and it is working as advertised. Tried all the different massage settings. Luv using this daily. Some times I end up falling asleep in the chair after getting my massage :) Only thing I would have liked on this product is an extended warranty option beyond the 1-year that's offered. So far, so good. Really happy with my purchase!

What a great massage chair! I do wish the remote would light up. Using this chair ever day, you remember the remotes button settings pretty easily. Myself personally, find some of the back rollers too intense for my taste. Everyone else in our family seems not to mind it. I did add towels and new bath mat for my back. I also like how it was ready to go right out of the box. I do wish Bestbuy would have gave an option for a extended warranty. Just for our peace of mind. We also like how Bestbuy delivered our massage chair. Delivery put our new massage exactly where it sits in the photos. We had to unbox and pug it in of course. You can't beat free delivery!

I bought it as a birthday gift for my husband who works as a truck driver. As he is always on the road he always asked my kids to do massage for him. I just decided that his massage chair is the best gift for him. And guess what ????? Not only he but even I’m now obsessed with it. That’s literally the best purchase I’ve done this year. The mode, the food massage and omg the heating is just beyond of any relaxation. Definitely worth to buy I would even say must to buy thing for each family. Now our friends also want to come to our place after testing it))) I love the energy mode. I have restless legs syndrome ( RLS) and this massage chair is helping me a lot.

I am not sure what I was expecting, but it is better. I have not used the chairs in the mall. I have never had a massage. I bought this chair because I have always wanted one. Setup is easy, functionality is simple. It is a little rough on the feet, but after 20 minutes in the chair, it was absolutely worth it. I have had a shoulder pain for over a week not that this thing was able to knead out of me. I swear I heard at least 8 vertebrae pop. I got it on sale for just under $1000, and it is worth every penny after just 1 use. I am 6' and 275 lbs. This thing is amazing.

Hats off to Best Buy and the Geek Squad for a white glove delivery. This chair does not disappoint. From the zero gravity settings to the heat feature, there’s no better way to unwind after a long day. 20 min in this chair takes away a lot of the stress and knots in my back. I bought this for my husband but I use it at leasr daily. I really don’t know how I lived without it!

Best buy knocks it out of the park on this one. I did my research before buying and was able to buy this for 1k. Best money I ever spent. My wife has constant back pain and this has literally changed her life. Shes no longer in pain anymore. Whenever her back starts to hurt, she will do a 20 min full massage and she feels great again. I was very skeptical at first, however, im super impressed after a month of owning this chair.
