“Is this recommended for height 4’11” or can be adjusted”

• It cannot be adjusted, however my 7 year old feet’s in it fine and she’s not quite 4’11”. Go for it!!!!

• I’m only a little over 5’ 1 and it works great. The shoulder height is adjustable
