• Good luck with that Sir! I basically had to threaten the guys who delivered mine to help to just take it out of the box!! Perhaps if you waive some money they may help. Matter of fact I contacted Best Buy about the terrible service that was offered! Good Luck!

• The delivery and set up on the second floor was handled beautifully by Mikaela and her partner. It was great. They would not even accept a tip. Kudos to the team!
