“Please tell me the intended height for users of this product. I am tall and am having a problem with getting the unit to massage my neck. It stops on my shoulder blades. Tried full body massage and height sensor seems to indicate the tallest position.”

• I find the programs stay away from your upper neck. You will have to use the manual full body and keep moving it up to your neck. It will not stay up there even on manual. The same point will not go that high. Thanks
