Hi, as a Healthcare provider as long as a provider recommends it for it should be. But, and that's the big question, final determination will be up to your network. Best thing is talk to them first and also see if your doctor is willing to write a letter stating its need for your continued health.

Please try again later.You should check with your HR or medical insurance people for that, but if you have chronic back pain (as in you've had medical appointments to deal with back issues), you may be able to do that. If you can get a prescription from a doctor, your insurance might be able to help (likely by reducing your deductible by the cost of it), but from what I've ready, that's unlikely.
