Does the chair massage the shoulders null

It does have air pressure on the shoulders. Not sure how intense you are looking for. I would definitely say it’s a full body massage

On the Remote, the Shoulder Position button adjusts the shoulder massage balls for maximum comfort. Up raises the balls. Down lowers the balls.
