• Hi, yes it has calf air bladders with 3 pressure setting. Also to note the bottom of the feet do have roller balls and an air bladder that wraps around the sides and tops of your feet. Feels really good.

• It doesn't have rolles as in the back but has air bladders that fill and release giving a great compression feeling. The bottom of the feet have rollers but also a wrap around air bladder to squeeze the feet and ankles. The air bladders have 3 settings for pressure. But, it feels great and no complaints from patients

• It has airbags by the foot and calf areas. They inflate and put pressure on the calf and foot. So pressure and then release and repeat. So does massage in that way.
