The chair has forearm massage locations (air pressure to squeeze), but nothing specific for hands.

It does not. Air bags close down and hold your forearms in place, but nothing really for the hands

Under different settings, the bags inflate. You are able to put your forearm inside those bags. There's not a lot of room, but it's possible.

There is a place for your forearms and hands. The nice thing is that you can adjust how much the bags inflate.

Your hand fits ergonomically in a pocket, then the chair squeezes your forearm to get the circulation going throughout your arm and hands. I hope this helps.

It does "massage" the hands and arms, but it's nothing to write home about. Depending on the size of your hands, the intensity will vary. You can also adjust the intensity on the remote. I keep mine on the highest setting. It's nice to have, but there are only four airbags per side. Two per hand (one top, one bottom). Two per arm (one top, one bottom). It's a nice squeeze, but it doesn't improve the experience much in my opinion. In this price point, it's nice that they have been included. I wouldn't expect much more. It's a high quality chair for the price.
