My foot roller didn’t work at all. I had try anything- the air didn’t open- the roller didn’t move. You can’t feel anything from the foot roller that supposed to be . I’m so disappointed. Pls help with any tip. Ty null

If the remote breaks there is no replacement remote available. The part number for the remote should be P-310100646-8... NO LONGER AVAILABLE. Good luck if you're outside the warranty like I am. RETURN IT AND RUN AWAY.

Make sure  you need to Press Foot Roller to turn the foot roller on or off. appears on the display when this option is on.
