Does this produce massage the neck? If so, how far up? null

So I am 6’2” and it reaches my neck, but I would say someone 6’4” plus may have issues reaching their neck. It gets my neck right up to the base of my cranium without me having to slouch in the chair. Hope this helps!!

I concur this chair will massage to the base of the neck however the functionality is limited. Great overall chair.
