that’s another point of failure that consistently renders this junky chair useless. Don’t expect any help from Insignia, maker of defective products— or Best Buy— even if you pay the $200 rip-off they call “Total Tech.” This chair is junk but Best Buy’s gonna keep yer money. never been treated anything like this by any company, ever. I’m extremely laid back but I don’t want anymore good people throwing away their hard earned money on this 200 lb paperweight.
