• Sounds like it may be user error. I'm 6ft and it reaches all parts of me. The leg portion should extend just by pushing your legs out.

• The leg piece actually 2 pieces on a spring. My wife is 5'5 so it should work. You can also program which section you want to massage and have return period if you find it doesn't work for you.
