A:AnswerFrank, I'm not really sure what you mean by a stretch mode, but you can manually set different items. My wife and I are still pretty much default setting users. We've been happy by the performance and price. This chair however is built for people under 6 feet and medium weight.
A:AnswerWhile you are creating an upper body custom massage mode, you can press Mode one or more times to select a manual massage mode. Depending on the mode you select you can press Speed to adjust the massage speed, Width to adjust the width between the two kneading balls, or Fixed Point to adjust the vertical position of the massage ball.
A:AnswerNo, not as you described. The air pillows expand on calves and shoulders on/off during massage. There are strong back rollers that move concentricly up and down as part of massage and this action causes back to bow in reverse arc to normal. There is no vertical stretch of spine/body if I read your question accurately.
A:AnswerNo clue. Did you read the owners manual it has to be in the upright position before you turn it on and it must be in the upright position before you turn it off to move it back to the upright position you hold in on the power key until it moves all the way back up into the air preposition and then leave don’t touch it for about 30 seconds then you hit the power button once the chair should automatically recline in about 30 seconds I will start and you can decide what setting do you want and go from there
A:AnswerTo begin with have only had chair two weeks
Totally satisfied with purchase. Bought it at half price.
Now to address your issue.
Imagine sitting in normal chair, press a button, back of chair starts to lower, feet start to raise.
The back will lower to approximately but not equal to 90 degrees, the feet will raise to that level.
It does not invert you and this is the max, when you lower back, halfway between 90 and start position you can use that position.
(sort of a recliner)
So, start position, recline position, not exactly 90 position.
Hope this helps
There are a few videos on You tube that further illustrate
A:AnswerPress Fixed Point one or more times to adjust the vertical hand motion. You
have five hand motions to choose from. When the massage stops, the hands should move back to the default positions.

A:AnswerMy doorframe has the exact same dimensions. The delivery drivers brought the whole box in my front door, then I unboxed it. Using the built in wheels I pushed it through two door frames and 35% angled hallway to its current home.
No disassemble will be required.
A:AnswerMy first one lasted about 2 months, the second one lasted about 6. It was used a couple times a week and eventually something broke down that could not be repaired.
