In my experience with this machine, each cycle is programmed to deliver a certain water temperature. I had the opposite problem that you're having. I'd ask for warm and get cold, or ask for hot and get warm. But this was primarily on the normal/eco cycle. I've found other cycles that deliver the temperature that I want, so I don't ever use that cycle anymore.
