Quickly installed and ready to use. Big tub. Works like a charm. Quiet while in use. Takes a long time to finish a load but that fine by me because I know my clothes are nice and clean.

I recently purchased the Insignia™ 3.7 Cu. Ft. High Efficiency Top-Loading Washer, and it's been a great addition to my home. Here’s what I like about it: Pros: Compact Design: This washer is perfect for smaller spaces, making it ideal for apartments or homes with limited laundry room space. High Efficiency: It uses water and energy efficiently, helping to keep utility bills down while still providing a thorough clean. 12 Wash Cycles: The variety of wash cycles allows you to customize the settings for different types of loads, from delicates to heavy-duty items like towels or bedding. Quiet Operation: Even with its compact size, the washer runs quietly, which is great if you have it in an apartment or near living areas. User-Friendly Controls: The controls are simple and easy to understand, making it convenient to operate for anyone in the household. Cons: Smaller Capacity: At 3.7 Cu. Ft., the capacity is smaller than standard washers, so it may not be ideal for large families or heavy laundry loads. Its great because ... my door opening is 25.5 inches . This is 25 and 1/4 width .. just made it .. the bucket is 3.7 cubic feet .. which is big because they have machines out there with 27" and have smaller buckets .. this Is compact ... its different from my 25 year old whirlpool.. The agitator is different. Its much slower but it does clean .. normal mode takes 60mins thats long .. it has auto fill if u have small loads which is great .. no water wasted.. it spins ur clothes dry really well .. its Quiet sounds like a electric vehicle pulling off .. i dont mine. I put my full size comforter and sheets and pillow cases 3 tshirts couple of Socks. It did really well..

Excellent washer works perfectly very easy to use with lots of options. Very spacious and gets the clothes really clean. It also Doesn't skimp on the water like the front-loading ones which I can't stand.

I hope this washer last a long time because this thing is amazing! My last washer was a whirlpool and it lasted 10 years and I hated that thing! It didn't clean the clothes, locked the lid and I couldn't open it until the load was done and some of my clothes weren't even wet. This insignia washer is totally different! There is a high water setting and you can pause it and open the lid and check on the load. Plenty of water in the tub and plenty of room and my clothes are clean! It does take about an hour a load but it's worth it. So far I'm am super happy with this washer! I really hope I can get 10 years out of it.

Was in a pinch for a cost effective option when my washer died. I came across this product and the reviews and realized that I could get bothered the washer and dryer set for the cost of one washer at the more popular big box stores. The lack of timely delivery options made things a big difficult so I did a pick up at the store. No ideal but borrowed a truck. Installation was so easy. I didn’t order the install kit so I had to go out to get new cold/ hot tubes but not a big deal. The washer is so efficient and does a nice job cleaning and spinning. Lots of simple options to choose from for cycles. The matching dryer is just as simple and often has only needed to use the quick dry cycle because the washer spins so well! I haven’t had to wash blankets yet but there is easily enough room to do so. Very deep space. Overall very pleased.

The flimsy lid is cheap and makes the washer hard to level. The spin and extra rinse lights would not stop blinking. Once we finally got this thing leveled, I was able to wash 2 loads of clothes successfully. On the 3rd load, the following pics shows what happened. I am very disappointed. I've purchased things from insignia before and had no problems. I trusted this brand. Now I regret this purchase. The only pros for this washer are that it's extremely quite, it has 12 cycles, it has a pause button, and it's compact size with a decent tub size. This is why I gave it 1 star. I will be returning this asap.

Efficient, capacity for a lot of clothes, does not make noise, does not take up much space.

Main goal it gets my laundry clean. It does have multiple settings which is nice, yet not too much where it gets overwhelming, like some where there are so many options you have no idea what to do. It fits perfectly in the space I have. I had absolutely any extra money in my budget, the price of this was affordable and the quality is better than more high dollar washers I have purchased in the past. I haven’t had any issues with it. I do not anticipate to have any in the future. I am confident if anything arises Best Buy will stand behind their product.

Been using this machine for a few weeks now. It being slightly bigger in capacity than my previous washer from whirlpool, served the purpose. The fact that it is so quiet makes it all the more desirable. The dashboard is simplistic thereby eliminating the need to repair digital display breakdowns. I have a little experience and understanding of how the inner machinery works and I like this machine so far.

I really like my washer. Its much quieter than my old one and it doesnt use as much water either. It cleans very well. I was afraid to buy it at first because it's so much cheaper than the name brand ones, but it is just as great. I initially bought the matching dryer first and it worked so well that i decided to go ahead and give it a try. So far, so good

This set was legit a life saver! I was looking to buy used , but this set was priced perfectly and even better, delivered to my house! this is my first home and first set of washer / dryers and Best Buy made this purchase easy!!! These are perfect sized and very easy to use!

This washer works awesome. I am very satisfied with my purchase. It is a very quiet washer. The top cover closes softly also. It spins out water completely. Being only myself and my husband this size washer is a perfect size with plenty of extra room.

I'm thrilled with this purchase. The price and quality are top-notch. It's very easy to install, with clear instructions. Absolutely silent. To be honest, I didn't expect to get such good quality for this price. It also looks very stylish.

This was totally better than expected. I thought it would be a downgrade from my previous washer, which is technically bigger, but this is a fine size for a small family. There are lots of settings. It can handle comforters. My only issue was the hose that came with it was short, so I had to buy an extender via another site. But no leaks or anything. We’ll see if this lasts the rest of time, but so far so good.

This is a great washing machine. I am so pleased. I absolutely love it. It’s simple offers many settings. It is quiet and it holds a lot. It is very deep. In fact I have to get on my tippy toes to get everything out from the bottom of it. The service was great as well. It took five minutes to hook it up. I would definitely recommend this washer. You can’t beat it for the price.
