Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You have to push the power on button to start it manually and yes it is computerized. For more information contact the manufacturer or better yet use some reading skills and read the specifications on the listing before purchasing it. From the questions I'm reading no one on one here needs to purchase a washer a simple trip to the laundromat would suffice.
