A:AnswerThank you for your inquiry! The exhaust hose coupler for the Insignia™ 300 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner typically has a diameter of around 5 to 6 inches. To ensure compatibility, it's recommended to measure the diameter of the exhaust hose port on your unit and choose a coupler of the corresponding size. A:AnswerHi there
We appreciate your Inquiry!
Thank you for reaching out, Insignia. For the window exhaust kit of Insignia 300 Sq. Ft. Portable Air Conditioner. Unfortunately, Best Buy does not currently manufacture or offer replacement window venting kits or exhaust hoses for portable air conditioners.
However, there’s a silver lining! You can also find and purchase these items on Amazon, Home Depot, or from other local retailers.

A:AnswerNot sure if I can say full name, but the online A place has hoses. The only thing to watch for, apparently there's two different types of threading on the hose where it attaches to the plastic pieces. One is more common than the other and most use it. It's confusing, but look at yours and follow the instructions on the selling page to make sure you get the right one.
A:AnswerHi Anny,
The water collection tray is full. Turn off your air conditioner, drain the water from the tray, then restart your air conditioner.

A:AnswerHello TahoeKJ,
Your air conditioner can display the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit (F) or Celsius (C).
• To toggle between Fahrenheit (F) or Celsius (C), press and hold the + and – buttons on the control panel or the TEMP
and buttons on the remote control at the same time for three seconds. The °C or °F indicator lights on the control panel.

A:AnswerCheck the owners manual on pg. 28. Error E4 = Display panel communication error. Try turning it off then back on, if that doesn’t work - turn off and unplug for 30 secs plug back in & turn on. You can also try pressing the test/reset button on the end of the plug. If none of the above works it could have some faulty wiring connected to the display panel. If you’re comfortable with popping up the display (w/unit unplugged) you can take a look to see if any wiring is loose if not check the return policy or visit insigniaproducts.com for more info about the 1 year limited warranty.
A:AnswerUnfortunately, you're not going to want to put a longer hose on it (pretty sure it says this in the manual somewhere. If not, I read "why" on a AC troubleshooting site when my unit isn't cooling enough); if it can't exhaust properly, even with the given/short hose, the unit won't cool properly.
A:AnswerI assume you mean while driving? I don't think so, and it's rather large. You should look into one of those portable evaporator coolers, they might work better for you and be smaller and lighter.
