“What is the trick to the Short Cut button? Mine only erases all my settings instead of storing them. I've tried pressing it once, and tried holding more than 2 seconds. Nothing works, either option resets all settings to basic default with no AC mode.”

• Hello TahoeKJ, Your air conditioner can display the temperature in degrees Fahrenheit (F) or Celsius (C). • To toggle between Fahrenheit (F) or Celsius (C), press and hold the + and – buttons on the control panel or the TEMP  and  buttons on the remote control at the same time for three seconds.
