QuestionI tried to sync my Samsung Android phone to the TV via bluetooth and it won't sync. The TV bluetooth will only recognize my JBL device. What am I doing wrong? Also, is there a feature whereby I can sync my MAcBook Air to the TV for like presentations?

- Answer No, this TV cannot connect with mobile devices via Bluetooth. Also, you cannot connect computers to the TV via Bluetooth. You can connect your multimedia devices to the TV using an HDMI cable.

QuestionMy remote will not navigate through the tv. It will only turn it off and on. I have tried replacing the batteries but it will only bring up the home screen. None of the remote buttons work but off/on

To disable the Alexa feature you must deregister you Amazon Account, this will limit the Fire TV connected experience; you can still connect an Antenna to watch free over-the-air broadcasts from your local channels, a Cable/Satellite Box, Blu-ray/DVD player or gaming console at any time
