A:AnswerThe ACTUAL answer is NOT what INSIGNIA wrote. There should be ZERO water under the tub after a cycle completes. The solution was the water drain was a little too high. Since it was just a PVC pipe, I cut about 12" off to bring it down to about 36" from the floor and now there is NO WATER under the tub.

A:AnswerWhen your water is at a high temp, moisture builds throughout the washer creating condensation that builds up in the fabric softener dispenser, after a little while it will disperse
A:AnswerThe lid locks automatically when the machine starts running. If you need to open it at any time during a cycle, hit the start/pause button. The cycle pauses and the lid unlocks. To continue, close the lid and hit the start/pause button again.
A:AnswerAfter reading some reviews, it appears to be a common problem for the fabric softener dispenser to clog up. I use a Downey Ball to avoid this. You can try pouring hot water into the dispenser to, over time, clear it out.

A:AnswerWhen powering the machine on you shouldn’t get any numbers. You should see blue lights on the display and settings. This is your opportunity to set the dial and settings to your preferences for the load your washing. Hope this helps.
