“What is the "holdover" measurement, ie how long will it keep items frozen if power goes off?”

• We have only had a one 4 hr power failure and everything was frozen when we checked the next morning.

• I had power go out for 2 hours, and no problems with the stuff in the freezer, probably could have lasted another 2 hours at least.
