“We got the 5 cubic feet size. We have plenty of space behind the freezer but only about 1.5” of clearance on the right where one of the freezer’s vents is. How much of a problem is that? Should we get a smaller one?”

• I don't think that is much of a problem. The heat on mine comes from the front and rear panel. If I put my hand over that side panel on the right side I don,t feel any heat, but maybe it is an air intake ?

• That may not be the best idea. The lack of airflow will eventually wreck the motor
