Is this product heavy to pick up? null

It's not that heavy for a freezer...70lbs. I recommend keeping the plastic straps attached to the package which will make it easier to carry. It's like having handles on the box.

Yes. If you can easily lift 70-100 lbs then you can lift this no problem. Otherwise you will need help or a good dolly.
