“Did anyone have trouble getting the freezer cold enough?? At the top the lowest the temperature will go down to is 25 deg F. At the bottom it's down to 10 degrees F... We've had the freezer plugged in for almost 24 hrs now..”

No the freezer was cold within a few hours, I would have someone look at it
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I did not have this issue. It got cold immediately. I let it run a few hours and put frozen food in it. That might have helped. I have had no issues.
