May be condensation. wipe down the rubber on the lid and surface where the rubber contacts the freezer. May need to adjust temperature. Check the manual, it has a section on this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have that same issue, I tried opening and closing rapidly 2 to 3 times, before closing it and it seems to help.. I think its so well insulated that creates a tight Seal.. I guess that could be a good thing in a way..I have also found its sometimes easier to open if you lift from each side & not the Center..Good Luck..hope this works for you..
