• Mine is not cold. Are you sure it is latched all the way down.

• Customer service and the factory advised me to exchange the unit, so I did. The new unit works the same. The outside lid temperature is always 10 degrees colder than the room temperature of 70 degrees. I plan to return it for the refund. Is there a solution to this?
