Does the co2 bottle come prefilled with co2? null

No, it comes empty, you will have to get it filled, I go to places that fill fire extinguishers. Any where from $5.00 to $10.00 to fill CO2. The bottle will last about 4 to 6 kegs.

No, it can only be shipped empty.

No it doesn’t Phill. But in most places you can just do an exchange like you do with a propane tank.
