Yes. You just need to ensure the space between the tower top of kegerator and the cabinet top is insulated so the refrigeration is contained from the opening on top of kegerator. Went To Lowe’s and bought foam conduit tubing and enclosed the opening up to hole in granite to tower. I also sealed the open area about 2” above top with the leftover foam tubing.
