“Just purchased Samsung 43" TU7000. Using Insignia USB cable part # NS-HG08505. I cannot get the HDMI socket to insert into the HDMI port on the TV. Have tried both ends, HDMI 1 & HDMI 2. I can connect the new cable to any other device I have at home.”

• I would return the cable and take to a best buy person there. Tell the issue and they may direct your one what you may doing wrong or help you find the correct cable if the one you have isn't the correct one. Good Luck.
