QuestionDo I need internet at all times to use this tv or just the set up, If I only intend to use it as a basic tv to play my ps4? I am taking this tv to work, and don't need any of the apps, I just want to use it as a monitor for basic cable and the ps4.

- Answer Hi RayRay! You do not need internet to use the TV. The Smart TV feature is only if you wish to use the Alexa voice remote or to use the applications available. QuestionI got this TV in the beginning of Mar. The problem is that the remote is not working like its supposed to. Every botton works except the home and Alexa voice button. I already replace the battery. I did that reset thing. Still nothing. What could I do?

- Answer Swap out remote...check with Toshiba and/or whomever you purchased it from. Tv should be under warranty. Check with Toshiba tech or store tech.

Questioni am having problem trying to watch regular tv sometimes it works but most of the time i have to get it to work by pulling power cord on comcast box it resets it and i can watch tv again as long as i dont turn off tv

- Answer I know sometimes I have to unplug my hdmi cable and replace it to get it to register the device that it is plugged up to. For example, after turning on the tv and say my Xbox or PlayStation, the tv says no device connected or no cable assosciated with this hdmi port. The only thing I have found that works is to unplug the cable and plug it back in... sometimes more than once. The cables are all new so to me, it’s probably a poor quality tv unfortunately. Hope this helps with your problem. I have had the tv for less than a month.
