A:AnswerHi RayRay!
You do not need internet to use the TV. The Smart TV feature is only if you wish to use the Alexa voice remote or to use the applications available. Otherwise, you can use the TV strictly for cable, local channels, for your DVD player, or gaming consoles.

A:AnswerSwap out remote...check with Toshiba and/or whomever you purchased it from. Tv should be under warranty.
Check with Toshiba tech or store tech.

A:AnswerI know sometimes I have to unplug my hdmi cable and replace it to get it to register the device that it is plugged up to. For example, after turning on the tv and say my Xbox or PlayStation, the tv says no device connected or no cable assosciated with this hdmi port. The only thing I have found that works is to unplug the cable and plug it back in... sometimes more than once. The cables are all new so to me, it’s probably a poor quality tv unfortunately. Hope this helps with your problem. I have had the tv for less than a month.
