You don't need a converter to charge a 2021 cellphone... it's internationally wattage.... you just have to buy a European adapter to fit on the end of your charging cable, and that's it. The wattage conversation is automatic for your cellphone especially the Samsung Galaxy 21. I just came from Italy and it charged just fine without a power converter. So save your money.
