• Yes, it work in Europa. I used it in Paris and Prague. I used it to charge my phone , for hair dryer, and curling iron with good results

• In theory, yes. Device has a converter and an adapter function. I used this in London and after two days, it started to work intermittently. It would show that's it's "on" but only pulse electricity. Had to buy a quality device from TUMI to salvage my business trip. Don't buy this.
