Does this work on just 1 TV? null

Yes, there is only one output. The only way to do multiple TVs would be to add a splitter (preferably amplified) and send the other outputs to other TVs.

Depends on the received signal levels and cable lengths. I'm able to split the signal to two TV's about 50 ft apart and can get the same channels on both.
